With private label skincare you sell cosmetics under your own brand without running a laboratory. Choose from over 300 ready formulas, the bottle and the artwork: we produce in Italy, test every batch and prepare the documents you need to sell in the EU. From 500 units per product.
What private label cosmetics are
A cosmetic product developed and manufactured by us, sold under your brand. You take care of selling it; we take care of everything that happens before: formula, packaging, documents, production. And, if you wish, what happens after: storage and shipping.
It is the fastest way to own cosmetics with your name on them without a lab, a factory or a regulatory department. Some call it “white label skincare” or “own label cosmetics”: in practice the result is the same, a finished product with your name on the label. What you choose
The packaging
Cylindrical bottles, tubes, airless containers, cartons: we propose options from the certified suppliers we have worked with for years. We help you choose based on the product, your sales channel and your target retail price.
The artwork
Our in-house designers prepare the label and carton with your brand and all the mandatory information, and follow them through to print. If you sell in several countries, we plan the label for the languages each market requires.
Ready formulas or an exclusive formula?
Both routes lead to the same result, a product under your brand. What changes is timing, investment and exclusivity.

Many clients start with a ready formula and move to an exclusive one once the line is selling. You can also personalise a ready formula, for example with a different fragrance or active ingredient.
A personalised cosmetic line, not a catalogue
You can create a single product or a complete line. We work on skin care, body care, intimate hygiene and dermocosmetics, with particular strength in cosmetic gels and face and body creams. We do not make make-up, hair products or nail products.
An SKU (stock keeping unit) is one product in one format: if you sell the same cream in 50 ml and 200 ml, that is two SKUs, each with its own minimum of 500 units. If you want to start with a few SKUs and grow, see how our small batch cosmetic manufacturing works.
Your formula stays yours
- Exclusive formulas: we develop a formula for your brand only and do not sell it to anyone else
- Non-disclosure agreement: we sign an NDA before receiving your information
- Exclusivity: on request we agree exclusivity on the formula; distributors can also agree exclusivity by territory or channel
Claims checked by external laboratories
For a neutral assessment, we entrust the tests behind functional claims (such as “moisturising” or “dermatologically tested”) to external laboratories, chosen according to what you want on the label. That way, what you promise your customers is backed by evidence.
What we do for you
- Raw materials: sourced from qualified suppliers
- EU documents: PIF (Product Information File), safety assessment and CPNP notification for the European market
- Production: in our plant near Rome, according to GMP (ISO 22716), good manufacturing practice for cosmetics
- Testing of every batch: in our laboratory and in external accredited labs, including heavy metals
- Logistics: storage in our warehouse and shipping on your behalf, including to Amazon fulfilment centres
Selling in the EU and the UK
Under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, every cosmetic sold in the EU needs a Responsible Person established in the EU. If your company is based outside the EU, an EU Responsible Person is available through our partners. For Great Britain, the UK notification (SCPN) and a UK Responsible Person are also available through partners, as are Canada, the USA, Mexico and Australia.

What is the minimum order for a private label line?
The minimum is 500 units per SKU, meaning one product in one format. You can start with a single SKU.
How much does it cost to create a private label line?

Can I try the products before ordering?
Yes. Samples of ready formulas are available straight away; a custom formula takes about two weeks. You only order once you have approved them.
How quickly will I receive the products?
In 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. We confirm the order once you have approved the samples, packaging and artwork.
Can the formula be mine alone?
Yes. We can develop an exclusive formula for your brand and agree exclusivity. We sign an NDA before receiving your information.
Who handles the documents needed to sell?
We do. We prepare the EU documentation with in-house expertise and external regulatory experts, and make the CPNP notification. For the UK, Canada, the USA, Mexico and Australia we work with specialist partners.
