About us: an Italian cosmetic manufacturer since 2015

Our story

We have been in business since 2015. Since then we have worked for people who want a cosmetic with their own name on it: pharmacies, beauty salons, online shops, companies looking for gifts for clients and staff. Step by step, we built what it takes to follow a project from idea to delivery: a laboratory, production lines, a design team and a warehouse.

One plant, every phase

In 2,000 m² in Pomezia we do everything needed to bring a cosmetic to the shelf, up to 40,000 units a day.

The team

We are 15 people with skills in the laboratory, production, design, regulatory affairs and logistics. A small team has a practical advantage: the person managing your project knows personally who formulates it and who produces it.

For each project, one of these people becomes your project manager: your single point of contact from first enquiry to delivery. After our reply to your enquiry, which comes within one hour, they guide you through the six phases of how we work: assessment, formula, packaging and design, regulatory approval, production, delivery. Enquiries in English are handled by an English-speaking member of our sales team.

Working with the same people from sample to delivery avoids hand-offs between different companies: laboratory, design and warehouse are in the same building, so decisions are made quickly.

What we make, and what we don’t

We would rather say it up front, so you don’t waste time.

• What we make: skin care, body care, intimate hygiene, intimate gels and dermocosmetics for sensitive skin. Our strengths are gels and creams, cylindrical bottles and tubes, cartons and gift boxes, promotional kits and boxes.
• How we work: as a private label skincare partner, starting from 300+ ready formulas, or through cosmetic contract manufacturing, with your formula or one developed for you.
• What we don’t make: make-up, hair products, nail polish and nail gels. If your project includes them, we tell you on the first call.

Our values, in practice

Words like “quality” and “transparency” are used by everyone. Here is what they mean for us, in practice.

• Testing: every batch is tested by our laboratory and by accredited external laboratories, including for heavy metals, and is traceable by its code. Details on our quality and certifications page.
• Clarity on certifications: quality management system ISO 9001:2015 certified (Dasa-Rägister, no. IQ-0725-03); production according to GMP ISO 22716; ISO 13485 in progress. We never claim more than we have.
• Confidentiality: we sign an NDA before receiving any information about your project. On request, the formula stays exclusive to your brand.
• Neutral testing: claim tests are carried out by external laboratories, chosen according to what you want to state.
• Clear timelines: samples immediately for ready formulas, about 2 weeks for custom ones; delivery in 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Clients across Europe

We work with clients across Italy and the rest of Europe, including the UK. Your project manager follows you remotely, with meetings by video call whenever useful, and we ship samples and finished products from our warehouse to wherever you need them. We handle EU compliance, and for the UK and markets outside Europe we work with specialist partners.
