Moisturising gel
A formula enriched with hydrating ingredients, for a feeling of comfort on the skin of the external intimate area.
Intimate gels
We make private label intimate gel products and contract-made intimate gels: gentle water-based formulas for the external intimate area, under your brand, with a label built on correct cosmetic claims. From 500 units per SKU (one product in one format), delivered in 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

An intimate gel is an everyday wellbeing product, sold in pharmacies, supermarkets and online. For the brand selling it, what matters is how it feels on the skin, a clear label and a clean regulatory position in every market.
Gels are one of our real strengths. In our plant in Pomezia, near Rome, Italy, we have been making cosmetic gels since 2015, and our contract-made intimate gels draw on the same expertise: choice of thickeners, clarity, texture and long-term stability.
Our gels are water-based: light, non-greasy, easy to rinse off and well suited to gentle formulas.
A formula enriched with hydrating ingredients, for a feeling of comfort on the skin of the external intimate area.
With gentle extracts, for a fresh, comfortable feel on the skin, including after hair removal or sport.
Clear, fragrance-free or lightly scented, with few ingredients. The core product of any range.
From a dense gel that stays where you apply it to a lighter fluid: our lab adjusts the texture according to how you want the product to be used and the container you choose.
The skin of the intimate area is thin and delicate. A good gel must not sting, dry the skin or leave a sticky residue. That is why we make careful choices with you on every formula:
If you want an exclusive formula, we start from your brief with custom formulation. Samples are ready in about 2 weeks; for ready formulas they are available straight away.
Our intimate gels are cosmetics. Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 includes the external genital organs among the parts of the body where cosmetics are used, with functions such as cleansing, perfuming, protecting or keeping the skin in good condition. The UK Cosmetics Regulation follows the same definition.
For a cosmetic, every claim must be truthful, supported by evidence and consistent with that function. Examples of cosmetic claims, to be assessed case by case: “moisturises”, “gives comfort”, “refreshes”, “fragrance-free”. Medical promises, such as treating or relieving a condition, are not allowed on a cosmetic: we help you choose the right wording and write a compliant label, drawing on our in-house expertise and external regulatory experts.
Claims such as “dermatologically tested” must be proven by a test. We entrust them to external labs chosen according to the claim, for a neutral assessment. Read more in our guide to cosmetic claims and testing.
Every batch is tested by our in-house lab and by external accredited labs, including for heavy metals, and traced with a code. We produce according to GMP (ISO 22716), good manufacturing practice for cosmetics, and are ISO 9001:2015 certified: details on our quality and certifications page.
Our in-house designers create clean, clear graphic design and labels with all the mandatory information, in the languages your markets require, and follow them through to print.
