Launching a cosmetic line takes more than production. You need a formula, a compliant label, the documents to sell in the EU and the UK, and somewhere to keep the stock. We handle all of it from our plant near Rome, Italy, with one project manager from first contact to delivery in 4–6 weeks.
Every cosmetic manufacturing service under one roof
Our 2,000 m² plant in Pomezia, near Rome, houses our R&D laboratory, production, warehouse and logistics. What we don’t do in-house, we entrust to partners we have worked with for years: certified packaging suppliers, accredited external laboratories and regulatory experts.
For you, that means one contact instead of five suppliers to coordinate across different countries.
Graphic design and labels
Our in-house designers create labels and cartons with your brand and the mandatory information, and follow them through to print.
EU and UK compliance
We notify your products on the EU portal (CPNP) and prepare the documentation with regulatory experts. For the UK we work through partners.
Logistics and storage
We keep your stock in our warehouse and ship it when you need it: to you, to your stores, or to Amazon fulfilment centres in Europe and the UK.

A six-phase path
Every project follows the same six phases: assessment, formula, packaging and design, regulatory approval, production, delivery. Your project manager always tells you where you are and what comes next. The full process is on our how we work page.
You can use every service together, as most brands do with private label skincare, or only the ones you need, if you already have a formula or artwork and are looking for cosmetic contract manufacturing in Italy.
Quality at every step
Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we manufacture according to GMP ISO 22716, the good manufacturing practice standard for cosmetics. Every batch is tested by our laboratory and by accredited external laboratories, including for heavy metals, and stays traceable by its batch code. Read more about quality and certifications.
