Treatment-room products under your own brand
A client leaving a treatment wants to carry on at home. If the product you used in the treatment room carries your salon’s name, she buys it from you, not from another stockist of the same brand or online.
- Continuity: the same formula in the treatment room and on your retail shelf, under the same name
- Identity: your brand on the shelves, not that of a supplier who also stocks the salon down the road

This works for an independent salon, a hotel or day spa, and a group of clinics with several locations.
Retail sizes and professional sizes
The same formula can be filled into different formats. The retail size is designed for your client’s home: practical, attractive and right for the shelf. The professional size is larger, designed for use during treatments.
Remember that each format counts as a separate SKU. A body cream in a retail size and the same cream in a professional size are two SKUs, each with its own minimum order of 500 units. So we help you decide where it makes sense to have both formats and where one is enough.
For packaging we work with certified suppliers we have worked with for years. Our particular strengths are cylindrical bottles and cosmetic tubes.

Body
Body creams, oils, scrubs, gels. The products that go with massages and body treatments.
Gels
Soothing, cooling and aloe gels, also useful after hair removal. Gels are one of our particular strengths.
We do not make make-up, nail polish or nail gels: if your salon also offers these, you will need another supplier for those products.
A line that grows with your business
You do not have to decide everything at once. Many projects start with a signature product, for example the body cream used in massages, and expand when clients start asking for it. Ready formulas let you add one SKU at a time, with the same artwork and the same name. If you have several locations, we can keep the goods in our warehouse and ship them when you need them through our logistics and storage service; deliveries split across individual sites are assessed case by case.
Gift sets for your clients
A box with two or three of your products is a Christmas present, a reward for clients who buy a course of treatments, or a ready-made gift for anyone looking for an idea. If you are planning a Christmas set, start early: samples and artwork need to be approved first, then delivery takes 4–6 weeks.
Your brand, followed through to print
Our in-house designers prepare labels and cartons with your salon’s logo and colours, with all the information required by law, and follow them through to print. We take care of the regulatory side: we submit the CPNP notification, the mandatory registration of every cosmetic on the EU portal, and prepare the documentation with external regulatory experts. What is the minimum order for a salon or spa own-brand line?
500 units per SKU, that is, per product in one format. You can start with a single product and expand the line later.
Can I have the same cream in a professional size and a retail size?
Yes. The formula is the same; only the container changes. Each format counts as a separate SKU, with its own minimum order of 500 units.
Are 500 units too many for my salon?
It depends on how many treatments you do and how many products you sell. Many salons start with one or two products; for groups and chains with several sites the volumes are easier to reach. We can also keep the goods in our warehouse and ship them when you need them.
Can I try the products before ordering?
Yes. For ready formulas we send samples straight away. For a custom formula it takes about two weeks.
Can I use products under my own brand in the treatment room?
Yes. They are cosmetics notified on the EU portal, produced according to GMP (ISO 22716), the good manufacturing practice for cosmetics, and tested batch by batch.
How long does it take to have the line ready?
Delivery is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, which follows your approval of samples, packaging and artwork.
