1Project assessment
We reply within one hour of your enquiry: first with an automatic confirmation email, then with a call or message from your project manager. We talk about what you want to sell, to whom and where: pharmacies, salons and spas, your online shop, Amazon, a distribution network in your country. We define quantities, target price and timing. If you send us confidential information, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) first.
We start from one of over 300 tested formulas or develop one in our R&D laboratory, exclusive to you if you wish. You receive the samples and try them before deciding: straight away for ready formulas, about two weeks for a custom formula.

3Packaging and design
Together we choose the bottle, tube, closure and carton from our certified suppliers’ ranges. Our designers prepare the artwork with your brand and the mandatory information, in the languages required where you sell, and follow it through to print.
Custom cosmetic packaging
4Regulatory approval
With in-house expertise and external regulatory experts we prepare the Product Information File (PIF) and the safety assessment, and we make the notification on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), required to sell in the European Union. If you need functional claims, we have them tested by external laboratories. An EU Responsible Person, the UK notification (SCPN) and a UK Responsible Person are available through our partners, as are Canada, the USA, Mexico and Australia.
EU and UK compliance
5Production
We produce and pack in our plant in Pomezia, near Rome, according to GMP (ISO 22716), good manufacturing practice for cosmetics. Every batch is tested by our laboratory and by external accredited labs, including heavy metals, and carries a code that makes it traceable.

6Delivery, or storage on your behalf
From our warehouse to yours, 4–6 weeks after order confirmation. If you prefer, by agreement we keep the goods and ship them when needed: to your customers, your stores or Amazon fulfilment centres.
