Custom cosmetic packaging: why one supplier
When you build a cosmetic line, you usually have to coordinate three or four companies: the lab that makes the formula, the container supplier, the label printer and the carton maker. Each one has its own lead times and minimums, and when something doesn’t fit (a cap that doesn’t seal properly, a label that is too big for the bottle) nobody takes full responsibility.
With us, custom skincare packaging is part of the same project:
- Checked compatibility: we choose the container around the formula, not the other way round. A thick gel, a rich cream and a runny wash need different closures.
- Aligned timelines: you approve packaging and artwork before the order confirmation, then delivery takes 4–6 weeks.
- One contact: your project manager follows formula, container, printing and filling.
- Certified suppliers: we have worked with the same packaging suppliers for years, selected and checked.

Cosmetic tubes
The most hygienic and practical format for creams and gels: easy to dose, easy to carry, and it protects the formula from air.
Sachets and stick packs
Samples with your formula and your brand, to give away so people can try the product. The same formula also comes in tubes or bottles for retail.
Cartons and boxes
Folding cartons, rigid boxes, gift sets and board inserts, with the finishes you choose. Our designers draw them.

Promotional kits, travel sets, corporate gift boxes: several products together in a branded pack.
Labels and artwork for the EU and UK
Our in-house designers prepare labels and cartons with your brand. They check that all mandatory information is there (INCI ingredients, batch code, PAO, Responsible Person name and address) and follow the file through to print. If you already have artwork, we adapt it to the formats you choose.
Selling in several countries changes the label. Each EU member state decides which languages are required, so a pack for Germany, France and Italy is not the same as one for a single market. Products for Great Britain also need a UK Responsible Person address on the pack, which we arrange through partners. Read more about our graphic design and labels service and EU and UK compliance.
How to choose the right packaging
- We start from the formula: texture, ingredients sensitive to air or light, amount per application.
- We consider your sales channel: pharmacy shelf, spa treatment room, online shop, Amazon fulfilment centres.
- We agree on target cost and brand image, then propose the options that work.
- You approve samples, container and artwork; only then do you confirm the order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use packaging I already have?
Yes, if it is compatible with the formula and with our filling lines. We assess it with your project manager before the quote.
What is the minimum order for custom packaging?
The production minimum is 500 units per SKU, meaning one product in one format. For some container or carton customisations, suppliers may ask for different quantities: we tell you in the quote.
Can you print labels in several languages?
Yes. Our designers lay out labels and cartons in the languages required in the countries where you sell, so one pack can serve several EU markets.
How long does it take to get the finished, packed product?
Delivery takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Confirmation comes after you have approved samples, packaging and artwork.
Can I see the packaging before ordering?
Yes. Before the order confirmation you approve the container, the artwork and the formula samples.
