How it works, in five steps

1. The idea: on a video call with your project manager, we define who you are speaking to, which products you want and at what price you want to sell them.
2. The formula: start from one of our more than 300 ready formulas, with samples available straight away, or we develop one just for you, with samples in about two weeks.
3. Packaging and artwork: choose tubes, bottles, cartons or a box, and our designers prepare the artwork with your brand.
4. Documents and label: we submit the CPNP notification and prepare the documentation, check that label and claims are correct and, if needed, offer an external Responsible Person through our partners.
5. Production and delivery: once samples, packaging and artwork are approved, we deliver in 4–6 weeks.

From first message to launch: an indicative timeline

With a ready formula, it usually takes about two months from your first message to having the product in your hands. Much depends on how quickly you choose and approve samples, packaging and artwork.

While we produce, you have time to prepare the launch with your community: the samples and the choice of name and packaging are already content to share.

Designed for social media

Your product will be photographed, filmed and unboxed on camera, first by you and then by your followers. We design it with that in mind:

• Recognisable packaging: custom tubes and cylindrical bottles, printed cartons, colours and finishes that work on video
• Launch boxes: custom kits and boxes to send to other creators or offer as a limited edition
• Textures that show: clear gels, soft creams, textures made for a close-up

Claims: what you can say in your posts

Once the brand is yours, what you say in posts, stories and videos is also communication about the product: the same rules apply as on the label. In the EU and the UK, cosmetic claims must be truthful and backed by evidence, and a cosmetic cannot promise to treat or cure.

Starting without risk

• Exclusive formula and NDA: we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving your ideas, and we do not sell your custom formula to anyone else

What we make and what we do not

We make skin care, body care, intimate hygiene and dermocosmetics, with gels and creams as our particular strength. We do not make make-up, hair products, nail polish or nail products: if your line starts there, we are not the right manufacturer.
