Customising the gift box
Every element of the box carries your brand:
- Product labels: with your logo, corporate colours and, if you like, a dedicated name for the gift line.
- The box: rigid box, folding carton or box with an insert, in the papers and colours you choose, with finishes such as hot foil, embossing or a window. See cartons and boxes.
- Message: a text printed inside the lid or on the base of the box.
Our in-house designers prepare the proofs, check the mandatory information on the labels and follow the work through to print. If your recipients are in several countries, labels can carry the languages each market requires. More details in our graphic design and labels service.
When to order corporate cosmetic gift boxes
Delivery takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. But confirmation only comes after you approve samples, packaging and artwork, so you need to add the project time to the production time. For a year-end box, or any fixed date, start well ahead.
- Request: tell us the occasion, recipients, quantity and budget. We reply within one hour.
- Product choice: we propose formulas and sizes. Samples of ready formulas arrive immediately, custom ones in about 2 weeks.
- Pack design: our designers prepare the label and box artwork; you approve the proofs.
- Order confirmation: this starts the 4–6 weeks of production and packing.
- Delivery: to one address, or shipped on your behalf.
A practical tip: fix the date the boxes must be delivered and work backwards, leaving a few weeks for choices and approvals before the 4–6 weeks of production. Your project manager helps you build the schedule from the first call.
Delivery across Europe and the UK
By agreement, we can keep the boxes in our warehouse and ship them when you need them: all together to your offices, to several sites, or, assessed case by case, to individual recipients. This is useful for welcome kits handed out through the year. Shipments within the EU need no customs formalities; shipments to the UK go through customs, with documents and costs assessed case by case. Products sold or given in Great Britain also need SCPN notification and a UK Responsible Person, available through partners. See our logistics and storage service.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for corporate gift boxes?
The production minimum is 500 units per SKU, meaning each product in one format. We set the box quantities in the quote, based on the products and pack you choose.
How far ahead should I order year-end gifts?
Allow 4–6 weeks of production from order confirmation, plus time to choose products and approve artwork. The earlier you contact us, the more product and packaging options remain open.
Can our company logo go on the products?
Yes. We make the cosmetics with your label, so your logo appears on every product and on the box.
Can I see a sample before confirming?
Yes. You receive formula samples and approve packaging and artwork before order confirmation.
Are the cosmetics in the box safe and compliant?
Yes. Every product has the documentation required for the EU market and is notified on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal). Every batch is tested by our in-house lab and by external accredited labs. For the UK, notification and a UK Responsible Person are arranged through partners.
Can you ship the boxes to our offices in different countries?
By agreement, yes: we store them in our warehouse and ship them to the sites you tell us. Shipments to individual people are assessed case by case.
