Why logistics from your manufacturer makes sense

The minimum order is 500 units per SKU, and ordering more often lowers the cost per unit. But you may not have the space to store that stock, or the time to ship it.

Our 2,000 m² plant brings production, warehouse and logistics together in one place. Goods leave the production line and go straight into the warehouse, with no transport in between.

• No storage to rent: you don’t need a warehouse or anyone to handle the stock
• One step fewer: goods ship from where they were made, straight to their destination
• Larger orders, same space: order more cost-effective quantities and receive them over time

What we do

1. We produce the batch in our plant, tested by our laboratory and by accredited external laboratories.
2. We keep the goods in our warehouse, identified by batch code.
3. When you ask, we prepare the shipment.
4. We ship it where you need it: to you, your customers, your stores or Amazon fulfilment centres.

Terms are agreed together. Storage period, shipping frequency and destinations: every agreement is tailored to the client.

Shipping from Italy across the EU and to the UK

We ship from Italy, so your products are already inside the EU single market.

• Within the EU: goods move between member states without customs formalities, whether they are going to Germany, France, Spain or anywhere else in the Union
• To the UK: since Brexit, shipments to Great Britain need customs documents and may carry duties and import costs. We assess the paperwork and costs case by case, according to your destination and the terms agreed with you
• Outside Europe: for other markets, we look at shipping together with the regulatory requirements of the country

Transport times and costs depend on destination, volume and carrier, and we include them in your quote.

Shipping to Amazon fulfilment centres

If you sell on Amazon using Amazon’s own fulfilment, your stock has to be sent to its fulfilment centres. If the goods are already in our warehouse, we ship them directly from there to centres in Europe or the UK. You skip the stop at your own warehouse and the costs that go with it.

How we set up the agreement

Every client sells differently, so there is no single package. Before production, you discuss it with your project manager:

• Where the goods go: your warehouse, Amazon fulfilment centres, your stores, your customers
• How often: scheduled shipments or on request, when stock runs low
• For how long: how long the goods stay in our warehouse
• Which products: a single SKU or the whole line, including kits and gift boxes

That way you know from the start how and when the goods will arrive and what it costs. Fully traceable

Every batch has a code that follows it from the laboratory to the warehouse and on to shipment. If a customer asks about a product, we can trace it back to production and the tests performed. Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified and we manufacture according to GMP ISO 22716. Read more on our quality and certifications page.
