If you look for promotional cosmetic kits, you usually find merchandise agencies that buy ready-made products and put them in a box with a sticker. We start somewhere else: we are a cosmetic contract manufacturer in Pomezia, near Rome, Italy, and promotional kits and boxes are one of our strengths.

That changes three things:

• The products are yours: choose from 300+ ready formulas, or we develop a custom one. Your logo is on each product’s label, not just on the box.
• Everything fits together: bottles, tubes, cartons and the gift box are designed together, to the right sizes.
• The paperwork is in order: every cosmetic in the kit has its safety documentation and is notified on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), which we do for you. For Great Britain, SCPN notification and a UK Responsible Person are available through partners.

Formats: minis, travel sets, samples

Kits work best when the products are small, light and easy to try. Depending on the project, we can use:

• Minis and travel sizes: small cylindrical bottles and cosmetic tubes, suitable for cabin baggage too.
• Standard sizes: for richer gift kits or complete lines in a gift set.
• Trial kits and samples: a selection of products to introduce your line before purchase.

What to put in the kit

The best products are the ones everyone likes and actually uses. Among those we make:

• Creams: hand cream, face cream, body cream. See our private label face and body creams.

• Washes and body products: bath foams, oils, scrubs from our body care range.
• Face care: cleansers, serums and treatments from our skin care range.

Every cosmetic in the kit comes out of our plant, with the same testing on every batch.

Beauty box packaging

The box is the first thing the recipient sees. Our in-house designers draw it to the size of the products, with your logo and colours: folding carton, rigid box with lid, or gift set with an insert that holds the products in place. You can choose papers, colours and finishes such as hot foil or embossing. All the details are on our cartons and boxes page.

If the kit will be given or sold in several countries, we lay out labels and box in the languages each market requires.

Kit examples

To give you an idea, some kits you can build with our products:

• Hotel travel set: shower gel, body cream and hand cream in minis, in a pouch or small box with the hotel’s logo.
• Gym welcome kit: shower gel, body cream and a cooling gel, in gym-bag sizes.
• Pharmacy trial kit: three products from the own-brand line in small sizes, offered to customers to introduce it.
• Brand launch box: the full line in standard sizes, in a rigid box with an insert.

Minimums and timelines

• 500 units per SKU: the production minimum for each product, meaning each cosmetic in one format.
• 4–6 weeks for delivery, from order confirmation.
• 1 hour to get a reply to your request.
• 40,000 units per day of capacity, if the kit has to reach many people.

Order confirmation comes after you approve samples, packaging and artwork. For a kit, allow time to choose the products and approve the box proofs too.

How we work on a kit

1. You tell us the recipients, occasion, quantity and an indicative budget.
2. We propose products, formats and packaging; you receive formula samples.
3. Our designers prepare the label and box artwork, and you approve it.
4. You confirm the order: we produce, pack and deliver in 4–6 weeks.
5. If needed, we store the kits and ship them on your behalf.
