Tubes
Together with cylindrical bottles, the tube is the container we know best. We make custom cosmetic tubes: filled with your cream or gel, printed with your brand and delivered ready for sale, from 500 units per SKU (one product in one format).

Gels and creams are our core products, and a tube is often their natural home. It has four practical advantages:
Cosmetic tubes are usually plastic, in a single layer or several. Extra layers give better protection to formulas sensitive to air or light. For each project we propose the material that suits your formula and your target cost, including recycled plastic content where it is available for the chosen format.
We work with different capacities and diameters: from small tubes for samples, minis and custom cosmetic kits to larger sizes for body cream and professional use. Your project manager tells you what is available for your product.

A simple, secure closure, well suited to shipping and to products carried when travelling.
A slim tip for precise application on small areas. Suited to some gels and targeted treatments.
The product comes out through a pump and doesn’t flow back, so air can’t get in. It protects the most delicate formulas.
A tube can be decorated directly, without a label. The most common options:
Our in-house designers prepare the artwork, check that INCI ingredients, batch code, PAO and the other mandatory information are there, and follow it through to print. A tube has limited space, so if you sell in several countries we plan the languages early: what fits on the tube and what goes on the carton. Products for Great Britain also need a UK Responsible Person address, arranged through partners. See our graphic design and labels service, and if you want a carton for your tube, see cartons and boxes.
Before confirming, we check that the formula and the tube are compatible: texture, seal strength, interaction with the material.
A tube is the best choice for thick creams and gels, for small doses and for travel sizes. A cylindrical bottle works better for runny products, large sizes and when you need a pump. If you’re unsure, our guide on choosing cosmetic packaging helps you decide.
In a beauty salon or a pharmacy, a tube is perfect for retail: it takes little shelf space, fits in a handbag and continues the routine at home after a treatment. Treatment rooms use larger sizes that are easy to dose during work. In kits and travel sets, small tubes are the most requested, because they are light and don’t break.
If you sell online, the tube has one more advantage: it weighs little and stands up well to knocks in transit, whether you ship to customers across Europe or to Amazon fulfilment centres.
Our tubes come from certified suppliers we have worked with for years. We fill and seal them in our plant in Pomezia, near Rome, where we produce according to GMP (ISO 22716) under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. Every batch is tested by our in-house lab and by external accredited labs, and is traceable by its batch code. Every product is notified on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) before it goes on sale in the EU.
The production minimum is 500 units per SKU. Direct printing on the tube may require higher quantities from the supplier: we tell you in the quote, together with the labelled alternative.
For most creams and gels, yes. For very runny formulas or ones very sensitive to air, we consider a multi-layer tube, an airless tube or a bottle.
Yes. Small sizes suit samples, travel sets and promotional kits, including alongside other products in a branded pack. For samples in large numbers, a single-dose sachet with the same formula is more economical.
Yes, within the space available. When a tube can’t fit every language, we move part of the information to the carton, as the EU rules allow when the container is too small.
Delivery takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, which comes after you approve samples, packaging and artwork.
