What it takes to supply a network
A distribution network has different needs from a single store. We know them and put them at the centre of the project.
- Consistent repeat orders: same formula, same packaging, same tests on every batch, so your customers always find the product they know
- Capacity to grow: we start from 500 units per SKU and go up to 40,000 units per day, so you do not need to change manufacturer as your network grows
- Exclusivity and confidentiality: we sign an NDA before receiving your information, can develop a formula just for you and agree exclusivity by territory or channel
- A consistent range: skin care, body care, intimate hygiene and dermocosmetics with the same design, for a recognisable offer on the shelf
- Promotional kits and gift sets: custom kits and boxes for seasonal sales, promotions and campaigns in your stores
Logistics: we store and ship for you
You do not have to take the whole batch at once. By agreement we keep the goods in our warehouse and ship them to your warehouse when you need them. Split shipments, directly to your stores or to your agents’ customers, are assessed together based on volumes.
Within the EU, goods travel from Italy without customs formalities. Shipments to the UK and other non-EU countries require customs documents, with costs assessed case by case. Terms are agreed based on volumes and shipping frequency; details are on our logistics and storage page.
Documents ready for resale
Every product leaves the plant ready for sale in the European Union:
- CPNP notification: registration on the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal, which we submit
- Product Information File (PIF): prepared with in-house expertise and external regulatory experts
- Safety data sheets and test results: available for your customers and for inspections
- Traceable batches: every batch has its own code and is tested by our laboratory and by external accredited labs
Labels can carry the languages required in each country where you sell. If you are based outside the EU, an EU Responsible Person is available through our partners. For the UK, SCPN notification and a UK Responsible Person are available through our partners, as is support for Canada, the USA, Mexico and Australia. Start with a few SKUs, then expand
The safest way to launch a line in your network is to start with 2–4 products your customers already ask for, see how they sell and then add SKUs. With more than 300 ready formulas, new products arrive quickly, with the same artwork and the same brand. If you want a product nobody else has, our custom formulation service develops it in our laboratory.

What is the minimum order?
500 units per SKU, that is, per product in one format. You can start with a few SKUs and add more when your network responds.
Can the formula be mine alone?
Yes. We can develop a custom formula just for you, which we do not sell to anyone else, and we sign an NDA before receiving your information. On request we also agree exclusivity by territory or channel, on terms we define together.
Can I get exclusivity for my country?
Yes, exclusivity by territory or channel can be agreed. The conditions are defined case by case, based on the project.
Can you ship directly to my stores?
By agreement we keep the goods in our warehouse and ship them to your warehouse. Shipments directly to individual stores are assessed together, based on volumes and delivery frequency.
Will repeat orders have the same quality as the first batch?
Yes. Every batch follows the same formula and the same tests, and is traceable by its code. We produce according to GMP (ISO 22716) and are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
How long does it take to get the line?
Samples are available straight away for ready formulas and in about two weeks for custom ones. Once samples, packaging and artwork are approved, we deliver in 4–6 weeks.
