We make private label cosmetics in Italy, in our own plant in Pomezia, just south of Rome. Every product carries a genuine “Made in Italy”: formulated, produced, tested and packed in the same 2,000 m² facility, from 500 units per SKU, for brands across Europe and the UK.

A strong packaging supply chain
Bottles, tubes, closures, cartons and printed boxes: we work with certified suppliers we have known for years, and our in-house designers follow every label and carton through to print. Paper packaging, gift sets and promotional kits are among our specialities.

On a pharmacy shelf, in a spa or on a product page, “Made in Italy” is a recognised mark of care in manufacturing. It is a simple, truthful line you can put on your packaging and in your listings, because production really happens here.
EU standards from the start
We produce under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the EU cosmetics regulation, according to GMP (ISO 22716) and with an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. We prepare the EU documents and make the CPNP notification ourselves.
Close to your market
Goods made in Italy travel within the EU single market with no customs formalities. Pomezia is near Rome, with easy access to the region’s ports, airports and motorway network for shipping across Europe.

One plant, every stage, all in Italy
Many products labelled as European are formulated in one country, filled in another and packed in a third. With us, the whole process happens in one building.
- R&D laboratory: where formulas are developed and samples prepared; it also checks raw materials and finished batches
- Production and packing: from 500 units per SKU up to 40,000 units a day, with a strength in gels and creams
- Design and packaging: labels and cartons prepared by our in-house designers
- Warehouse and logistics: storage on your behalf and shipping to your warehouse, your stores or Amazon fulfilment centres, by agreement

Italian cosmetic labs for EU and UK brands

Selling in the EU and in the UK
For the European Union we prepare the Product Information File and safety assessment and make the CPNP notification. If your company is based outside the EU, an EU Responsible Person is available through our partners.
For Great Britain, which has had its own version of the cosmetics regulation since Brexit, the SCPN notification and a UK Responsible Person are available through partners. Shipments to the UK go through customs: we assess documents and costs case by case. More on our EU and UK compliance page.
Working with us from abroad
You do not need to travel to Italy. Your dedicated project manager follows the project remotely, meetings are held by video call, and enquiries in English are handled by an English-speaking member of our team. Samples ship to you from our warehouse: straight away for ready formulas, after about two weeks for a custom formula. Delivery takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
